Pilates & Yoga

Pilates

Pilates strengthens your core, improves posture, boosts mobility and helps you move through life with more ease and confidence. Each of our classes delivers a powerful mix of strength, mobility and mind-body benefits. Pilates is one of the few training methods that genuinely supports people of all ages and fitness levels.

The core benefits of Pilates:

  • Stronger core - Pilates targets deep stabilising muscles to build strength that supports the spine, improves balance and enhances every movement you make.

  • Improved posture - Pilates helps counteract slouching, tech-neck and lower back strain

  • Better mobility - Controlled precise movements lengthen tight muscles and improve joint range without forcing flexibility

  • Low impact strength - Pilates builds lean functional muscle without joint stress. This is ideal for beginners, athletes and those recovering from injury.

  • Mind - body connection - Breathwork and focus helps reduce stress, improves body awareness and creates calm.

  • Enhanced balance and coordination - Reformer and mat work challenges stability, helping you move with more control and confidence.

  • Injury prevention - Strengthening stabilisers and improving alignment reduces strain on joints and supports long term movement health.

  • Everyday strength - Pilates makes daily tasks easier - lifting, bending, walking and carrying.
