Pilates is a form of low impact stretching and conditioning exercises which focus on the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness in order to support efficient movement. Through Pilates not only will you be able to develop strength, improve flexibility and agility and tone your stomach, thigh and gluteal muscles, you will also develop an awareness of how your body works, helping your mind and body work in harmony.

Yoga is a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation. Classes are delivered in 6 week blocks and discounts are available to those who sign up for 12 or 18 week packages.
