You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy, current legislation. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We may also use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using "cookies" which are stored on your browser. Should you wish, you can modify your browser to prevent this happening. Information collected in this way can be used to identify you when you revisit.
Fitness Classes are sold either singly or in blocks of 6 or 12. The Client shall not transfer sessions to any other person or permit them to be used by anyone other than the Client. Any assignment, transfer or disposal of courses is at the sole discretion of the instructor and may only be permitted in exceptional circumstances. Class fees are non refundable. Class fees may be increased by St Lawrence Clinic at any time. The Proprietor shall give the Clients not less than 28 days notice prior to any such increases. Any single booked sessions must be cancelled within 24 hours, by email or by telephone. In any other case, the session will be charged and deducted from the remainder of the Client’s course. When cancelling classes booked in blocks of 6 week we require 1 week notice of cancellation. The rights of cancellation and refund and any limitation expressed in these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds on products sold either online or in the St Lawrence Clinic will be made if the goods are returned in original packaging within 28 days. Should the product be faulty St Lawrence Clinic will accept a refund on return of the faulty goods. If the customer has changed their minds they will be responsible for the return of the goods.

Classes are always subject to availability.
All classes must be prebooked and prepaid and all clients agree to our 24hr notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. So if you’re booked into a class that has been sold singly, but miss it or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged for it. For a private Newcomers session we require 48hrs notice of cancellation. When cancelling classes booked in blocks of 6 week we require 1 week notice of cancellation.
