This tends to be offered for the treatment of a recent injury or an ongoing pain in a specific area (or areas) of the body.
It can also be used to help with the management of soreness, which can come with an athlete’s training and/or participation schedule.
This treatment is massage-focussed, but may involve some advice on movements or activities to perform away from the clinic.
More of a generalised treatment for aches and soreness, or to help with the management of pain and/or stress.
This treatment is predominantly massage-focussed, but may also involve guidance on ways to manage your pain and/or stress levels away from the clinic.
At your first appointment your therapist will conduct an initial consultation, which will help you and your therapist to develop a treatment plan that best suits your needs.
